3220 Sessions returns to the Barwon Club Hotel on Saturday 18 July, 2026, celebrating Geelong's thriving original music scene with performances from Plastic Cheeses, The Styes and The Shore. Discover three emerging local acts delivering an evening of indie, alternative and rock music in one of the city's most iconic bandroom.
Blending infectious indie rock with sharp songwriting and energetic live performances, Plastic Cheeses have built a strong reputation and local following. Concocted by members from Naarm, The Otways and The Surf Coast known. They write simple, catchy songs described as
lethargic and cathartic at the same time.
Hailing from the other side of the bay, The Styes deliver a raw sound inspired by classic pub rock, garage punk and post-punk influences informed by the Frankston scene. Known for dynamic live shows the band combines powerful rhythms with atmospheric guitars to create a distinctive sound that continues to gain momentum across the local grassroots music scene.
The Shore are a rising 3 piece alt-surf rock band based out of the Surf Coast & Geelong region known for a dreamy, guitar-driven sound with melodic vocals, chunky riffs, and beachy rhythms. The band launched a double single earlier in April which captures their live energy perfectly.
