Bellarine On The Rise - an exciting *ALL AGES* event taking place on Sunday 4 August at The Barwon Club and featuring some of finest upcoming bands all stemming from the Bellarine.

The stellar line-up highlights why the region has such a fine reputation for a thriving music scene and is undeniably one of Geelong’s most exciting shows on the 2024 calendar.

Headlined by homegrown lads, Bones & Jones, who have recently returned from SWSW in Austin Texas, the Wallington based band are now touring their new album 'Love You', with a 17-date tour around Australian cities & towns in it's wake (including right here in Geelong at The Barwon Club).

Bellarine On The Rise will also showcase local bands Carly Jorja, Paraquay, Brunette Red Dress and the Heath Robertson Band as they share their sonic vibes with music-loving audiences of all ages.

Bands who have been performing since their early teens, gigging consistently, writing and arranging their own songs, working hard to record and release singles and albums and carve their own paths in an often cut-throat industry. Bands who are regularly organising gigs with other artists, actively networking, getting themselves out there in front of bookers and audiences in Geelong and Melbourne. Bands who deserve recognition in the Greater Geelong Region and beyond.

Limited early bird tickets on sale 26 April.

This event has been supported by the City of Greater Geelong community arts grant and proud sponsor, HiSushi.
This is an alcohol, drug, smoke and vape free event.
U12 must have a legal guardian present.
Event will run from 2pm - 8pm.
Kitchen open 1-8pm.
